Searching the Full Text of Transcripts

Did you know you can search the full text of our chat, email, and text message transcripts? (WOO HOO!)

Here's how it works:

From the QuestionPoint homepage, click on Ask in the dropdown menu. You will now see the Search box has a drop-down menu next to it:

Using this search box will allow you to search for keywords or the Question ID in transcripts within the last 90 days of activity.

Searching transcripts in the box will default to all items from YOUR INSTITUTION. To search a different set, or limit to text messages, a time frame, or other limiters, click Advanced Search under the search box.

You can also search  for your transcripts older than 90 days by going to the Service History tab.

The Results

While viewing the results, you can review your search criteria by clicking on View Search Criteria next to the number of records found:

You can view multiple results at once! By clicking the box next to each transcript you'd like to view and then clicking View Checked Transactions at the bottom of the page:

Happy searching!
