Brand Language: Secondary List

Goal:  develop a secondary list of no more than 5 phrases that will complement the primary list of branding language of Maryland AskUsNow!.

This is the list of phrases that library customers should see next to the primary list if they want to learn more about how AskUsNow! works.

The tone should of the list should also match what we want our AskUsNow! customers to feel and sense about AskUsNow!.
